Yesterday, the Center for Cooperation with Patrons and Alumni of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv organized a discussion meeting at the House of Scientists with Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Rector of the Ukrainian Free University, Larysa Didkovska.
The conversation focused on where to find inner resilience in times of uncertainty, how to restore one’s resources, and how to support one another.
